So many trainers managers and owners of fitness businesses always ask me: "What's the best piece of advice that you can give to me?". Well in this video, I'm not going to give you just one piece of advice, but I'm going to give you that 10 coolest things that I've learned in the fitness industry as a highly paid consultant.

What's up everybody up I'm Brett from theFitnessBoss.com, helping you take hold of those 166 hours that your clients try to undo, when they're not training with you. Now today's video we're talking all about that 10 coolest things that I've learned in the business as a highly paid consultant.

Now last time, we talked about the coolest thing number two, being the money is in the follow-up. And today, we dive the coolest thing number three, which is: give results in advance to your prospects. Coolest thing Number Three: Give results in advance for your prospects. So basically that means that you need to give something of value before you offer or ask for any business. And many top business building entrepreneurs, they teach this process. So many top business building entrepreneurs, they refer to this as results in advance or R.I.A. Now, when you give small results to your prospect before you ask for anything, you give them a chance to KNOW, LIKE and TRUST you. Now most importantly, you have proved to them that you can help them get over that first hurdle. Now, you're are no longer really a risk to them as it pertains to invest in their money with your fitness product or service. They are now willing to invest in you to have them really have you help them reach their NEXT milestone. Now, if you're able to do that, they will risk even more of their money to go all in with you.

So basically, you walk the prospect through three to four of the steps that they need to take from being in point A to Point Z. Now point A being, where they're at in their fitness right. And Point Z being, their ultimate fitness goal. Now, there's a lot of psychology in play behind this. Essentially, you're giving them a positive expectancy about the process, and you're letting them see how attainable their fitness goal is, which really makes it easier to offer your fitness services afterwards. Now keep in mind that the fitness results in advanced, that R.I.A., it's not limited to getting actual results. Now the same effect is gained by helping them to really mentally visualize achieving the results. Now this is called The Power Visualization, and we actually teach this in our sales presentation training. Now, if they can imagine themselves doing "it", now "it" being whatever point in the fitness-results-in-advance that you're leading them through, and their successfully doing so by doing this, then it's just as powerful as if it actually they physically gained the results by exercising intensely, and visualizing the outcome while they're doing it.
